Mr. Moses Ikanga
Legal Practitioner
Years of experience: 25 years in Labour, 6 years in Conciliation and Arbitration, 6 years admitted to High Court.
Mr. Ikanga, has an admitted legal practitioner of the High Courts of Namibia. He holds a (B. Juris) (LLB Honours) and Post graduate Diploma in Law (Arbitration & Conciliation) from the University of Namibia. He is a leading legal practitioner and corporate personality. He heads the team that advises a growing number of clients. He specializes in commercial dispute resolution and arbitration, Labour Law, Contract Law and administration of estates. He is further equipped with the sound knowledge of litigation and appearance at both Magistrate Courts and High Court, as an admitted legal practitioner.
With his vast experience, obtained during his career at his previous employer, and by serving on various Boards, Mr. Ikanga has an extensive knowledge of advising corporate institutions on legal and/or statutory compliance.
Mrs. Jennifer Rapeuovangu Muharukua
Candidate Legal Practitioner
Years of experience: 3 years in the Legal Fraternity
Ms. Muharukua holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) Degree from the University of Namibia. She is currently doing her practical studies at the Justice Training Centre and is attached to M. Ikanga and Associates Incorporated as a Candidate Legal Practitioner. To this end her time at Office of the government attorney and intern studies at Sisa Namandje and Co has prepared her to form part of the team. She has strong intentions to complete her studies across Environmental Law, Human Rights Law and Criminal Justice.She prioritizes service delivery, innovation and professionalism.

Ms. Makanza, holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) Degree from the University of Namibia. She is currently doing her practical studies at the Justice Training Centre and is attached to M. Ikanga and Associates Incorporated as a Candidate Legal Practitioner. To this end her time with the company has prepared her to form part of the team. She has strong intentions to complete her studies across commercial law and administrative law.She prioritizes service delivery, innovation and professionalism.

Mr.Martin , holds Diploma in Management from the Southern Business School . He is currently doing perusing his studies at University of Namibia, doing the Bachelor of Law is attached to M. Ikanga and Associates Incorporated as a Legal Researcher. To this end his time with the company has prepared her to form part of the team. He has strong intentions to complete his studies across civil litigation and criminal law.He prioritizes service delivery, innovation and professionalism.
